Japanese Transparent Skirts

Check out these pictures and tell me what do you feel about this?
The source from where i got these pictures,states that these skirts are not transparent and everything is just printed on the skirts....
I just do not get the logic for that...If you want to show that to people then what is the need of these type of things?It would be great if you will go like this in real cause Real or Fake (printed on skirts), it is same for the men....And you will also get rid of hot if you will wear transparent skirts...lolz
Whatever i would love to see these types of things in our country...LOLZ
